InfluxAI Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to InfluxAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InfluxAI platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or throughwww.influxai.io (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Modify, adapt, hack, or reverse engineer the Platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or any data contained therein.
5. User Content
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload or otherwise make available on the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading or making available User Content, you grant InfluxAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and improvement of the Platform.
5.2 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of uploading or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload or publish your User Content on the Platform and that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided on the Platform are owned by InfluxAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any content provided on the Platform without prior written permission from InfluxAI.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found atwww.influxai.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Payments and Fees
Certain features of the Platform may be subject to payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for those features. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfluxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform; or (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InfluxAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by InfluxAI
InfluxAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
11.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account and these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the Platform and deleting your account.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Platform.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
